Two bottles a month, from one cellar.

And the pantry to open them with. Picked on the 20th, shipped on the 1st, with a card that says why.

A concept by fabrica. No box has shipped yet.

Two bottles beside the open box: a wedge of cheese, a tin and a bag of flour.

What's in the box.

Packed the last week of the month, sent on the 1st. Shipping included.

  • Two bottles, 75 cl.

One red, one white, unless the month says otherwise.

  • Three things from the pantry.

A wedge of cheese, a tin, a bag of flour.

  • The note.

One card: where it's from, who made it, what to open it with.

What you're buying.

One cellar picks it, the pantry follows the wine, and the card explains both.

The same cellar chooses every box.
No quiz, no points. If March didn't suit you, you know who to write to. The cellar answers its own post: post@cellar-post.labs.fabrica.studio.
The pantry comes for the wine.
The two bottles are picked first. Then the cheese, the tin, the flour. Everything in the box sits next to that wine. Nothing goes in because a supplier had a pallet of it.
The note is the product.
One card per box: where it's from, who made it, what to open it with, what to say when someone asks. Four lines. You can read it while you open the bottle.

The shelf, the quiz box, and this.

Thursday, 19:40, sixty labels.

From the cellar to your table.

Same dates every month.

  1. 20th

    The cellar picks.

Two bottles first, then what goes beside them.

  2. 25th

    The note is written.

Four lines: where, who, what to open it with.

  3. 1st

    The box ships.

    Shipping is in the price.

  4. Any month

    You pause.

Say so before the 20th and nothing leaves.

Five questions for the cellar.

Can I choose the wines?
No. The cellar chooses. If March didn't suit you, write and say so. April is chosen with that in mind.
Does Cellar Post exist yet?
No. It's a concept by fabrica, a studio in Barcelona: a site, a plan and a waiting list. If it never ships, we write and say so.
I don't know anything about wine.
Neither do most people at the table. The card tells you where it's from and what to say when someone asks.
Can I pause?
Any month. Tell us before the 20th and nothing leaves. No minimum, and no card on the list.
Bottle broken?
We send another. No photo needed. Write to post@cellar-post.labs.fabrica.studio and it goes out with the next post.
